Communication was difficult, I was never sure if I had made myself understood or I would not understand correctly what was written. The one day delivery is relative, they asked me not to place the order until the product was completed on their side I contacted them first on the 17th and the product was delivered to me on the 24th. They were open to revisions so I really appreciated that. After the work was all done, they proposed me a custom offer which was the same price as their premium package, I had specified before I wanted the standard package so they offered me a second offer with the same pricing as their standard that I accepted. Final product is exactly what I wanted. Thank you

I am satisfied with the end result. Quick response and good ideas. A lot more concept designs were offered than promised with a wide variety in styles, but I would definitely prefer less with more time spending on more personalized logos. It can feel a bit rushed sometimes, causing imperfections in the design and not replying to all questions or remarks, but with the fast and multiple available revisions this is easily solved and the final design is very good and of high quality and great value for money.
