What is included in Basic package?
The basic package includes 3 basic logo designs that are not complex and doesn’t not include mascot design in it. Vector files will be provided in the basic package.
What is included in Vector/Source files?
The files with Extension .AI, .EPS and .PDF will be included in vector/source files.
What is the importance of Vector/Source files?
Vector files are mainly used for printing purposes. Other important things includes scalability and editing the design at any time.
What about the copyrights?
Well all the designs that are submitted to the buyer will belong to the buyer. So please don’t worry we got that covered for you.
How does the refund policy work?
If the buyer is not satisfied with the work then we will surely provide full refund to the buyer.
Are the portfolio samples a basic order work?
I am afraid, the portfolio work is premium work as they are best designs done by me.
What is included in Stationery and social media package?
Stationery includes business card and letterhead design using the finalized logo version. Social media includes cover images for FB and Twitter using the finalized logo version.

Rana was responsive in the way he answered my messages promptly.
Any creativity in design and graphic solution was not existing. Rana followed my step by step instructions without desire to create graphic pleasing to the eye. I had to ask him to separate font from the background twice.
Delivered logo is at its best – week and not exciting.
